Founded in 1994 by Beth and Rob Crittenden, with two toddlers, a mini-van and a passion for Pacific Northwest wines, Roanoke Valley Wine Company has grown to be one of the mid-Atlantic’s leading importers/wholesalers of fine wine, beer, and crystal stemware from around the world. Still family-owned and independently operated, we strive to work with like-minded small growers and brewers, and on- and off-premise customers throughout Virginia, Washington, DC, Maryland and (through a partner) West Virginia.

We aspire for excellence and bring to the table an impressive portfolio, order accuracy, wine-service training, access to live inventory through cloud technology, and professional service at every level. Our warehouse operates out of Ashland, VA. We strive to care for our staff, customers, suppliers, inventory and environment.  

Our goal since 1994 is to foster long-term, sustainable partnerships with each other, our suppliers and our customers. It is important to us to bring fellowship, through fine wines and beers, to every family table.
